Ampeg B2re with 810

I have recently upgraded to an ampeg 810 cab with a ampeg b2re head, im getting great sound and tone i was just curious if anyone knew the "best way" to connect the two? (the head and cab)

Speaker cable: speakon to speakon is a great choice. Into the mono input: so the top and bottom are both making sounds.
