Ampeg BSE410 HLF Question

I recently played out of an SVT 410HLF and was blown away as i have been using a SVT 410HE for awhile. I have a ten year old or so BSE 410 HLF that is in need of repair as it buzzes a ton lately. Question - does the older BSE 410 HLF compare at all to the new SVT 410HLF with all things being equal (same head)?
