ampeg classic vs heritage (svt-410hlf)

Sign in to disble this ad
hello
so i have done some research about these 2 amps and havent really found much of a difference between them. i have read that the classic speakers are made in china now tho (not sure if true).
i have the ampeg svt classic head and now need to pick my cab.
i would just like some impute on what everyone around here thinks about these two cabs and what would be a better combo with that head. also i use a fender jazz bass with flat wounds.
thanks

If you were going to just buy an SVT-410HLF I'd decide which grill cloth you prefer black of the new pretty stuff and then just buy the color you like.

You will be paying a premium for the heritage. I wouldn't worry about the speaker difference with the HLF.

HA, buy my used one instead.

ok so basicly there is no difference other then the grill?
i would buy yours but after shipping it would probably cost more then a new one.
