Now...I've been thinking of putting something else in there. Maybe spot lights, strobe lights, projectors, etc.
Any other cool ideas? | Cut off the unused section with a chainsaw -- on a gig. Be sure the soundman mikes the chainsaw. Put a video of this on YouTube. Profit! |

It was a really cool effect, a lot of ****in lumens. I'd swap the top speakers to the bottom, (or just turn it upside down!?!??!) and put skulls in there, and light the skulls with strobes. |

| | | I would tune that cab to optimize the tone.
As you have it, you are cutting your low end.
If you want the most low end, remove the top two speakers and put them in the bottom chamber.
If you want less mids, remove a couple from the middle.

On second thought, any of the band members have ex-wives?

| | | | Fan Empty hole could be filled with a fan, but a higher position may be more beneficial... not too high to go into vocal mic. May take some research and engineering to find the perfect fan that will fit, mount easily, and look cool. Route AC cable through unused speaker hole instead of drilling other holes.
Pull and save the filler material and do something with the interior of the compartment (paint it, line with foil, etc). Can be used as a storage area for cables, pedals, etc. Be sure to remove these items before turning on the fan!
A couple of flat screen TV's might look cool if you had the $$$ to invest; one could display the band name, psychedelic light show, aquarium video, porn/art film project, etc. Cables for AC power/video feed would require installing proper connectors on some exterior surface.
