| Quite a while ago there was another user that posted the same issue. If I remember correctly, when I was having my Micro VR warranty replaced, I brought it up to the ampeg support guy on the phone. I vaguely remember him saying they were aware of the problem.
Give Ampeg a call and see what they say, it couldn't hurt.
