Ampeg Micro VR w/ GS112.... Any good?

I was wondering if anyone played an Ampeg Micro VR head with an Aguilar GS112 cab and what the results were? Thanks

It's a good cab and a good head so no reason why it wouldn't sound good. Do you already own the cab? If you don't, consider that little Ampeg 210 that comes paired with it. They work well together. If you do own the cab, bring it into GC and try the VR, the PF-350, and perhaps the GK MB200. Then pick!

I was thinking about the mb200 too but I loved the tone of that micro vr head but didn't like the 210 cab too much
