I need to know if i could play an Ampeg pf500 head through an Acoustic B115 200W 1x15 cabinet, and an Acoustic B410 400W 4x10 cabinet. I am new to the bass world and would like an experts opinion, thanks!

As long as they are both 8 ohm cabinets, you'll be okay. You'd be happier, IMHO, using just the 410.

To clarify, one reason for that is because the amount of power will be split equally between the two cabs, but the 115 can only handle a fraction of the power that that the 410 can handle, so odds are good that the 115 will start to "fart out" and sound bad if you play at high volume.
