Ampeg PF-500 Question

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm interested in buying an Ampeg PF-500 but I run 7 pedals through the front of my current amp.My pedals are Buffer>tuner>compressor>flanger>distortion>mxr m80.Would running these into the Portaflex damage the amp?

Thanks Corey. So it's safe to run all these to amp input. I never use the efx loop.

I run a lot more than that into the input of mine. Watch the gain and compression on the front end and you should be fine. I keep the gain at about 2-3 o'clock and compressor probably about 10-11 o'clock on mine. My board is the one at the bottom of the image:
