A few months ago I bought a new PF-350 to replace the amp in my Ampeg B200R combo that suffered a catastrophic failure. I wanted to keep the cabinet because I needed a relatively compact 1x15 cab for a trad country trio that I play with sometimes. I chose the PF-350 because I wanted something small (it fits in a laptop bag with room to spare), has simple controls and is very powerful for it's diminutive size.
I haven't tried it with an Eden cab but I am beyond pleased with this head. It can get VERY loud, it has a very warm, punchy sound, like a louder Mesa Scout and the controls are very intuitive. Also, the PF-350's don't seem to suffer from the reliability issues that some of the PF-500's have had.
The PF-350 is 4 ohms so you'll need a 4 ohm load to get the full 350 watts.
Bottom line: It's the best $299 I ever spent on bass gear.
