AMPEG PF500 STACK

Has anybody seen these yet, are played one. If you have tell us what did you think. I went to the nearest GC to look at combo's' tried a Ampeg BA600 115 I wasn't impressed at all. They didn't have a PF500 yet.

Ampeg is so far behind the curve on this stuff, I would not even bother.

Look for a company that is on the cutting edge, not on the chopping block.

well that's your opinion and you're entitled, even though it's wrong

honestly, i couldn't care less about innovation. i care about it sounding like ampeg. and ampeg's micros sound like ampegs. the micro vr is brilliant because it sounds like a mini svt, not because it's on the cutting edge of technology. no idea what these new heads and cabs sound like in person, but the recordings i've heard all sound like ampeg to me, and people won't buy them because of how they're made...the vast majority of people don't care about that. they'll buy them because they sound like ampeg and the price is right.
