Ampeg PF500 vs Eden WT300

I'm in the market for a head and found these two locally. They are roughly the same price: the ampeg is a floor demo (in nice condition) and the Eden is used, but still in very good condition (either it never got out of the house or it was babied).

This will be used almost solely for jamming with a drummer (who is not that loud, strangely), two guitars and voice for your run-of-the-mill standard rock numbers. Gigging once or twice a month in small clubs might be in the cards, but I doubt it. More like two or three times a year: all of us have "involved" jobs and I live way too far from them to start gigging regularly.

I'm about ready to flip a coin. Both amps sounded great with a passive p, and both amps can cop the tone I want. The ampeg was more of a one trick pony (a good trick though), while the Eden had a lot more of fiddling around possibilites, but the ampeg is higher wattage and not used.

The spkr cab choice is more critical than the amp choice. In this case, either would do. I'd prefer the more traditional AB power of the Eden over anything with a class D power section.
