Question Ampeg PN-410HLF vs. SVT-410/610HLF ?

Hey there guys !

Could anyone give me some pointers on the sound/tone of the Ampeg Pro Neo series, especially the PN-410HLF cab? And since it costs way more than the classic 410HLF or even the 610HLF, I am asking myself if it's worth the extra money or not. The weight and power handling sure are impressive, but I'm more interested about the sound and tone.

Before you even ask, I cannot test one, just go on a blind order. And I play only clubs for now, never big stages, so I don't need something very heavy & large to carry around. That's why the PN-410HLF seems like a good standalone cabinet. I intend to pair it with the Ampeg SVT-7PRO head or the SVT-3PRO.

Thanks a lot !

the pro neo cabs are very good.......they sound really clean no matter how loud you go.......ive got my 7 pro paired with the pn 410 and it sounds incredible to me anyway.....i play a 7 string bass and across the range of the instrument every note thru these cabs sounds clear and articulate.....i have all of the pro neo cabs and i dont mind singing their praises.....just my 2 cents worth..........
