AMPEG SVT 8X10 vs. 2X15 for SVT 2 PRO

Im looking into getting either an svt classic 8X10 or the 'out of production' svt classic 2X15 cab to pair with my SVT-2 PRO. Ive actually owned and sold both cabs(regrettably), but got the svt 2 pro amp after both were alreadysold, so I dont know how it sounds with either cab.

I played a 3 pro on the 2X15 and LOVED it(sold this cab to get a 4X10hlf, wanted to shoot myself, hate the 410, boomy as hell and I realized I need speakers closer to my ear level!)

And was just 'OK' with the 8X10 paired with the svt 3 pro(this 8X10 was pretty old so Im guessing the speakers were maybe shot)

Any experiences? Pros/ cons of each cab for an SVT 2 Pro?

I have mostly Ampeg heads and cabs. I do also have the Fender 215Pro cab which costs as much as some of the other Ampeg cabs. I have run my SVT-CL AND 4 PRO CAB through this cab and it does the job. Worth checking out. . . .
