Ampeg Tester "Tabitha"

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey Guys, and Fellow Ampeg users! I was wondering if anyone had some info on who this Tabitha is and why the amps that say they are tested by her are more special than the other amps?

Thanks,

Ryan

Interesting...

My B-100R has "JUDY H" (on circuit board) and "TABITHA" (inside chasis)

The rest of mine have the following on the back of the amp:
V4BH - "DAN A."
3-Pro - "BRUCE JOST"
3-PRO - "SCOTT"

There's a similar mystique surrounding a nice lady at Marshall who would sign inside amps in the late 1960s.

My SVT AV head has a little sticker on the back that reads "Chassis Tested by Scott."

Darn. Now I wish Tabitha had tested it.
