The Ampeg V4B head makes it easy to construct a holder for a bass. My speaker cabinet is a little small, so my P-Bass only clears the floor by a couple of inches, but that's enough.
I used a piece of bamboo and epoxied a metal angle bracket to slip between the amp body and the metal carriage in the upper back. I epoxied a heavy duty hook in the front.
