Anybody played one yet?

Ampeg-Heritage-Series-HSVTCL-300W-Tube-Bass-Amp-Head

I'm just wondering how different it is from the CL (other than MIA)

I recently gigged with the Heritage SVT-CL and matching SVT810, and I was quite impressed. Previously, I had been more of a fan of the vintage SVTs or the VRs over the CLs, but this Heritage model just may make me a convert. It sounds great (not quite as much air as my '73, but very similar in the overall vibe), and it is a lot quieter (from a fan-noise perspective).

You can hear some brief clips of Phil Maneri playing through the Heritage SVT-CL (and some other tube heads) at our YouTube channel.

Tom.

All SVTs sound the same regardless of when and where they were made.
