My rig at the moment:

Aguilar AG500->Aguilar DB112+DB112NT

I've tried to find a SA200 for sale and I almost scored a couple of times with no luck.

I also miss my old DB659 preamp and wouln't mind using a DB750/751.

Primary rig for my Sadowsky NYC Vintage with single coils is the TC RH450 head and Bergantino AE410.... tight, LOUD, grindy, punchy, warm.... amazing rig... under 70 pounds, compressor and tuner built in

Clip on my Youtube channel.

All-time favorite rig for Sadowsky: Aguilar DB750 thru Accugroove Whappo Jr.

Small-rig: Markbass CMP 1x12 combo. I sometimes add a Tri112L to this.

Medium rig: DB750 thru Accugroove Tri115L

Before I landed on Sadowsky, I had a hard time pairing hi-end basses with the right amp. Some combinations just DIDN"T work at all, for my needs at least. Conversely, all Sadowsky basses I've owned have sounded stellar thru literally anythingn I've put it into, from a hi-end tube rig down to a crappy little peavey guitar amp I used at a rehearsal once.

I'm no really into amp nuances, but I currently using a Shuttle 9.0>Berg AE410 for funk. When I need to drive more than one cabinet, I have an Alembic F2B and Crest CA-9 combination. I agree. The Sadowsky sounds great through everything.

Markbass F500 > Epifani UL2-410

Both my Standard 4 with HC pups and my Standard 5 with SC pups sound killer thru this rig.

SA200 (or Ashdown ABM500RC EVOII) into an Aguilar db212
Markbass SA450 into an Aguilar db112

The SA200/db212 combo is by far the best sounding of the 3....
I even prefer the db212 to the Sadowsky SA410.

I also regularly use a 410UL/F500... another great match for a Sadowsky J!

big +1. I use a cheap 10w. guitar amp for home practicing and it sounds great (vintage warm, not so good for slap cause i don't want to blow ther speaker). I've found no need for a better practice amp.

Sorry for the crappy pic:

Above is my number one rig, AKA my "faux SVT". It consists of:
X2 XDR95 digital wireless
SansAmp RBI preamp
SansAmp RPM preamp (run in parallel)
Stewart World 2.1 or Crown XTi 2000 power amp
Bergantino NV610 speaker cab

Spare stuff I also use on occasion:
SWR Interstellar Overdrive preamp
Ampeg SVP Pro preamp
Read Purity preamp
Rane DC-24 split-band compressor/limiter
MarkBass SD800 head
Bergantino HS210 cab (x2)

Soon to be added: pair of Bergantino HT112ER cabs

Markbass LMII into Bergantino HS410. I also run a Radial Bassbone in front of that for DI and loop switching purposes.

I've used a lot of rented and backline amplification with my Sadowsky. It always sounded great regardless of brand or price of the amp rig in question.

My own rig consists of a number of current and older Gallien-Krueger heads and cabinets. I use very little EQ on the heads, as a Sadowsky bass with a gentle boost of the bass and treble controls works well in any playing situation I've come across.

Amps:
Eden WT 550, WT 400, WT 300

Cabs:
Eden 210xst (x2), 112xlt (x2) in various combinations

The WT 400 sounds the best, not over the top for power but, oh my, the TONE
