Another Genz-Benz service story

I know this has been covered before, but it is worth repeating.

Genz-Benz continues to amaze with how good their service is.

I have a Shuttle 3.0 10" combo (which I love). I recently bought a Shuttle 9. I wanted to buy a Genz-Benz 2x10 STL speaker cabinet but want to be able to have the bracket to slide my Shuttle 9 into. I'm going to pair the 2x10 with an Epifani UL2 1x12 for a portable, but I think nice sounding and decently loud, rig.

Anyway I call the company to ask how to order this since it is non standard. They person picking up the phone hears my question, goes "hold on", and then next thing the president is on the phone with me. Jeff is a nice guy, not only helped me figure out how to place the order but took some time to chat. Impressive.

They really do pair up great products with great service and great attitude.

Enough on this. Time to go play something.

I totally agree. I had a problem with my Black Pearl guitar amp, sent an email and it was answered straight away by Jeff himself. They put a lot of other companies to shame.

That's exactly what I'd like to do. A 9.0 with that STL-210. (or maybe a STL-12T). But that 210 is a great sounding cab. Has a nice meaty,powerful tone. Enjoy!
