Another newb to bass amps asking questions.

Well, i know quite a lot about the bass itself, but i'm clueless about amps...and i have questions in need of answers !
My main question is as follows: What amp is good for a $300ish budget ? I currently have a musicman sterling bass. in general, i love the nasally sound of bridge pickups. i like solid lows that aren't muddy & go really well with clear highs. i like to really bring out the tone of a bass. i don't like too much midrange usually. Any recommendations ?

Are you looking for a Combo amp under 300.00?

I was having fun in my local music store playing around with a Line6 LowDown Studio 110 the other day. It's $300 MAP brand new if you like that route.

I sold a SWR Workingman's 12 last year for roughly that price - it was a great amp for the money.
