Any recommndations?

Sign in to disble this ad
Basically, when i started playing bass i got an "all included" starter set type thing with a guitar, amp, lead, bag etc. I've upgraded my bass (now own an Epiphone Thunderbird which i LOVE) but i still have the original amp from the set. It's made by Stagg and it's pretty crappy to be honest. I could be joining a band fairly soon so i'm looking for a new amp, one that can handle a lot of low end and just has all round good performance. Any recommendations anyone has will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Where are you?

Your craigslist would be a good recommendation.

And how much will you spend?

Sorry. I meant to include that in the original post. Probably up to about £300-£350.

That makes it easy then, right? You have a budget, so go try out some amps, and buy the one you like within your budget.

Try this, you won't regret it (100 W combo)

If you need more watts:

Hope it helps!
