| | | | Any Reeves Custom 225 users in MA/RI? Thinking about picking one of these up in the near future but I've gotta hear it first! I'd be willing to slip someone a few bucks for a few minutes of their time for a quick demonstration/trial |

People on this board use the info contained in your profile to help answer questions/give advice. First piece of advice, if you want help on this board; fill out your profile. |

Also I'm pretty sure that my options are gonna be pretty limited considering the piece? I don't recall typing Crate GX-0679765? I'd be lucky to find a few within a reasonable distance. I'll have to google directions on editing my profile later tonight thanks! |

If people in NE have to travel more than an hour to go somewhere they book a flight...sad very sad! So Richspillberg will probably have someone contact him and know exactly what he's asking of them.

You get used to those 2 hour drives one way to a gig |

I have had my entire set up the Custom 225 and the 410 cab. I know you didn't ask for a critic but I am giving it anyway. First off I asked Bill to build my with white tolex and he had no problem with that, so it looks too cool. My current gig rig is an Aguilar DB751 with the DB212 these are also in white tolex too cool. Love my Aggie but just had to have the Reeves as it gets compared to better then the Sadowsky SA200 I think it was. I have been rehearsing with it for a month or so and am falling more and more in love with it. I will use it to gig next Sat. That will be the tell all for me. Always sounds different at every venue so I am excited to hear her maiden voyage. If you do get to play one you will be blown away with the build quality and the sound I guess I can only explain it as clean, not boomy at all. I happen to love clean bass as I play R&B, Old School Soul/Funk and some country, so it suits me fine. I feel spoiled with my 2 rigs, but I guess when you are as old as me you gotta treat yourself.
