Having a Bongo would help.
But for a quick way to get pretty close get ahold of a sansamp BDDI.

Also, what do you think of BoO new album compared to The New Reign?

Thanx man and yea im planning on getting the sansamp real soon, so that would definitely help. Honestly I didnt like BOO until The Discovery. The New Reign sounds like the rewrote the same song over and over, but they're both good but im totally in love with the discovery. How about you??

Not really sure what I think about The Discovery yet. Haven't really listened to it a whole lot.

Would you prefer a Bongo over a Stingray for this sound?

The bassist uses a bongo live and in the studio. So having one would definitely help to get the tone.

That said I'd take a Ray over a Bongo any day.
