Anyone know about traynor ts-140?

I have the chance to get one, for $300. Good deal? It works great I'm told. I'll be demoing it. Is this a good amp? Can anyone tell me about these? I heard it's for bass or guitar. But I don't know anything else about this vintage combo.

From the pics I've seen online it seems to have an open back and be very guitar oriented. I'd steer away from it for bass.
