It looks pretty beat up. I bought one in excellent condition for 600, so 400 for that POS isn't unreasonable.

It could be just a normal guy who doesnt want a million questions about the cabinet. If you've ever sold anything on CL youll get some really dumb people asking the most retarded questions about what you're trying to sell.

I see what used to be common terms misused a LOT lately- IMO there's a good chance that this person meant *I want a quick sale, no BS*
I also agree that would NOT be the likely impression of the average CL browser.
Not a crazy-low price, so my *hot-ometer* is only on standby. I'm wagering *faux pas*
