Not gonna hurt it. You'll just get the full stated wattage out of it.

Just beware.....the MB800 will output over 1000 watts on sustained burst at 4 ohms. Make sure if you find yourself playing really loud that your cabs can handle it!

Im just curious plus reliability issues....

I was buying an MB500 ( which i think is enough power ) and end up buying an MB800 for a steal price..

The 4ohm set up is an option that I have but on the safe side 500 watts at Church is good enough ;)

Zero issue. I've been running a variety of SMPS amps rated safely for 4ohm operation HARD at 4ohms for years and years.

By the way.....Im using 2 Neo Cabs rated at 400 watts @ 8ohms

Reliable? How about friggn Bulletproof, I prefer the dynamics at 4ohms.
