Anyone using a Crown power amp?

Hey Guys. My power amp is toast, but I want to hang onto my Eden pre amp. I was looking at some Crown power amps with 2 channels. It looks like I can run 2x 4 ohm cabinets from this thing. Is anyone running a similar setup, can you give me some advice for what to consider?

I have a Crown XLS2000 DriveCore that I use to run my SVT610HLF & SVT808HE.

650 watts x2 @ 4ohms. Lightweight and nice power.

Previously owned a Crown XTi2000 bridged to an Epi UL410...nice. People also like the Crown K2.

I on occasion, use a VT pedal, into a Crown XTI 2000 ... tons of headroom

Quick questions:

For the Crown XLS2000
Does it actually push the 650 watts (x2) at 4 ohms?

I didn't see 1/4 inch jacks in the back. Do you have to run it to the pre amp with XLRs?

I know on the Crown XTi series the input is XLR, in the owner's manual, there is a diagram on how to wire up a cable, for 1/4" to XLR input, on page 9 ... Keep the cables as short as possible, to minimize the potential for noise

I have an Eden Navigator Pre- amp. It has a left and right XLR output on the back, I assume this would work to run it to a Crown? Anyone have experience?
