Ashdown ABM 500 Evo III vs. Ampeg SVT 7Pro

Help me decide. Unfortunately, no music stores close by to try them out. I play mostly classic/alternative rock, and a little blues/country, with Fender P and J basses. Looking for vintage, punchy tone. Planning to use with Ampeg Pro Neo 410.

My impressions are that the Ashdown may give a better variety of tones (and looks cooler) and Ampeg may be better at the vintage tone I'm looking for, is lighter (15.5 pounds) and may match better with the Ampeg Pro Neo cab. Cost is roughly the same for either head.
