Hiho.
I'm not a pro, but I played on this amp maybe 4 or 5 rehearsals. It maybe works quite good but... I didn't enjoy the sound that it produced.
I think you'd better look at this one which sounds really good! (4€ less ;D)
1x15" and a 7 band EQ.
Here's the link: BEHRINGER BXL3000A ULTRABASS - Cyberstore Thomann Français

Hope it was usefull! Stay tuned.

Whether or not the Ashdown combo sounds good is subjective. YOU need to play it to understand. But, recommending a Behringer product over the Ashdown seems like a bad move. Ashdown is a respected amp manufacturer. Also, it entirely depends on what you expect from ANY amp as to whether it will live up to those expectations. If you're playing in a loud rock band, no single 15" combo will ever be loud enough.(in most circumstances).

Woah... Never seen someone on TB recommend a Behringer over an Ashdown.

The 515 rig is killer! I had one and now miss it dearly. Fantastic practice rig was great at gigs too. Very robust rig actually, the 100w head ran my Ampeg 810 beautifully when it had to - valve head in for repair.
