ashdown mag300 as power amp?

Sign in to disble this ad
So, I've recently got hold of a Traynor TS50b and I'm looking to give it more power. Can I run it through my old Ashdown MAG300, effectivly using the Ashdown MAG300 as a power amp? I really don't want to burn out either of the 2 heads, but really love the sound of the Traynor......HELP!

It should be possible by connecting the line out on the Traynor into the effects return on the MAG300.
