Ashdown MAG414T Vs Hartke 410XL

Hey guys, Im about to buy and amp But i Have a Low Budget (About 250 $)
I Need help deciding between 3 things,

The first is and ASHDOWN MAG414T (450 WATT - 4 Ohms)
Its New and it costs 199$

The second is an Hartke 410XL (400W - 8 Ohms)
Used, apparently good conditions, and it costs 179$

What would you guys go for?

I'm looking at the same Hartke myself, but only cause it's available used in my area... It's a name I'm familiar with but I can't really say much about comparisons. Flip a coin.
