Atlanta Area amp tech

Anyone have any recommendations on a good Atlanta area amp tech (preferably in the Marietta area)? I have an SWR Bass 350 head giving me a little trouble. I have already checked with several local music stores with no luck.
Thanks!

Northwest Speakers has always treated me right. It's not the best looking or the classiest but the guys really know their stuff. I've had several amps and speakers fixed there with no complaints.

They also pride themselves on being cheaper than Wizard down in Atlanta.

Northwest is right by Dirt Cheep Music on Windy Hill close to S Cobb Dr.

Might also check with Atlanta Bass Gallery

Great! Thanks guys.
I checked with Atlanta Bass Gallery already but they only do instrument repairs. I will definately check out Northwest Speakers. I know exactly where that is.

The guy who does my setups (Kerry Marchman in Tucker) recommends Andrews Amp Lab. However, last I checked they have odd hours - only open until 5 during the week except Thursday, and not open on the weekend at all - making it tough to get there.

If you're willing to drive, all the Athens pros recommend Steve Hunter. Will probably visit after my next Athens gig.

The best amp tech in Atlanta is Jeff Bakos on Ponce de Leon in Atlanta.

2nd for Jeff Bakos, but his turn time can sometimes take a bit due to how much he has going on.

I've heard good things about Andrews.

Also, you might want to check out CTG.

Andrews is good, but he usually only works on all-tube amps. Somewhat picky. I second Wizard or Jeff Bakos.

Great! thanks for all of the help. It really helps me feel better knowing my amp won't be butchered

I've had work done at Andrews Amp Labs. He seems like a stand-up guy. He is a tube amp guy.
I've had bad experiences at Wizard. I won't be going back.
I've heard great things about Bakos Amp Works. He is supposed to be a magician, but I have heard long lead times and higher prices.
