TC112 left last night.
Second TC115 should be here in two weeks-ish.

So sad I couldn't pick it up, but the funds didn't permit All things work out for the best, I really would prefer the 115 and am ok waiting for one.

Winner winner chicken dinner!

Yeah I have been all over this thread and the classifieds, just waiting for the opportunity to try a Thunderchild. I really want a composite compact TC115. But alas, funds do not allow at it at this point. I also need a lightweight cab solution ASAP. I saw Chef's note about his TC112AF and jumped on it!

My end-game is a single cab for small gigs and i'm hoping the TC112AF will meet my needs. I'll drive this with a Mesa Walkabout which is 300 watts @ 4 ohms. Regardless, I'll probably bite the bullet and order a composite compact TC115 at some point:-) Eventually I'll get a x2 TC112 stack or x2 TC115 stack for the large gigs.

I can't wait to see a pic of two TC115's stacked...

Two 115's would kill! My 115 Wide (the very first one!) has OWNED every venue it has graced with my Walkabout... Impressed everyone including some very seasoned players and sound guys.

Thanks for the new thread, Chef, with the multi-function title!

My first customer to get a pair of TC115s (widebody, AF) told me that he got a nice vintage-ish tone with the cabs stacked, horns on top, and then engaging the top-end rolloff switch on the bottom cab, so that only the top horn was going all the way up. I hadn't thought of that configuration, maybe ya'll have, but wanted to pass it along just in case.

That sounds like the way to go. A buddy of mine us ordering the same 115AF as mine, so I'll get to hear that stack soon
