alright so recently do to ignorance i popped a GK goldline 115 cab considering that it couldnt handle the heads output so its time for a new cab
i found an avatar neo b210 8 ohm for 200 dollars but one huge issue
the hartke head outputs the 500W at 4 ohms and 350W at 8 ohms so would the cab be able to manage the power?
on a strict budget and the cab just so happens to be in that budget
so i need help here from people with experience considering that im new when it comes to amp impedance and such and need to know if the cab would manage the head even when its on full blast

No problem just use your ears. Listen to the cab complain. On the other hand, another 8 ohm 210 will almost double your volume and let the LM500 run sweet.

Wait! isn't a Avatar b210 rated at 500 watts anyway?

considering that this is the exact rig that i use, i'd say it can handle it fine, i just wouldn't crank it to 10. 5-6 on the volume knob can push some serious air

I was just playing an LH500 through an 8 ohm Avatar B210. I was a bit leery beforehand because I played an SVT-3 Pro through the cab when I bought it and was not impressed one bit. I bought the Hartke today without listening to it, and as I was hooking everything up, I was thinking "Please don't sound like @$$". One minute later I was grinning ear to ear. What a great match. I can't wait to score another B210 and really flap some trouser legs.

Can't say I turned it up "full blast", though. Just loud.

Hartke LH series heads are superb. I just sold the LH1000 it is just entirely too heavy for easy transport so I got a MarkBass SD1200 love the MB. Now if both heads were like the MB very small and light weight, I would definitely still have the Hartke. Someone has to bust Larry's chops and ask him to make a class D amp like the MarkBass heads. I WILL DEFINITELY OWN ANOTHER HARTKE IF HE MAKES THE LH1000 LIGHTWEIGHT AND PORTABLE!!!!!!

The Avatar will suit the LH500 just fine. IMO you will smile ear to ear with that setup. Good luck and enjoy a great sounding and versatile head.
