Ordered mine earlier today! Dave from Avatar was so awesome, one of the nicest company rep's i've spoken to in a while.

Got mine in Black Tolex, Wheat Grill, with White Piping. I'll be pairing my Genz Benz Shuttle 9.0 with one of these bad boys next week! Anybody else have this combo? Hows it sound?

Avatar is great stuff IMO...can't beat it at ALL for the price. I'm rockin a 2x10 neo and it's my go-to cab for anything, its plenty loud with my Carvin BX500 and sounds great. I'd imagine yours will have a lot more bass presence than mine, almost makes me want to get one myself lol

Just nervous about the color choice! Been trying to find a picture of a black, wheat, white piped avatar around, and can't seem to find one.

I owned a couple in the past, they were nice cabs. I'm surprised to see that a basic rat fur model is $500 shipped. I can get a name brand such as a GK 410 NEO for the same price. I understand that manufacturing & labor costs increase, but they're less of a bargain than they used to be.

Enjoy the cab!

I have owned three Avatar Cabs so far. I still own one of them (sold the other two when I moved to Chicago).

I have a B410 and it kicks MAJOR arse. Coupled with my my Shuttle 6.0 it shakes every venue!

P.S. I needed a slip cover for my B410 so I contacted Avatar and they sold me a fantastic slip cover for ~$28+shipping. Excellent cover for the money!

Congrats on the buy, make sure to post pictures when you get it. I'm contimplating getting either a 410 or another 210 to go with the one I have now, running a GK 700RBII through it. The 210 is great, def need to pair it with something else for more power and low end. Or maybe I'll just go with an Ampeg 410hlf.

Avatar and it's a no-brainer.

Ampeg 410HLF
500 watts RMS @ 4 ohms
110 lbs.

Avatar B410 Neo
1000 watts RMS @ 4 ohms
65 lbs.

Congrats on the purchase!

Here's a pic of the B210 in black/wheat/white to give you a rough idea of how your B410 will look.

They can keep it!

My Avatar cab is brutally honest and won't remedy a beat amp. Crap tone in, crap tone out. Luckily my Sansamp PBDDI into a Shuttle 6.0 is my heaven.

I contacted Tom Palmer at D2F cases about making me a case for mine, and he sent me a measuring chart for the Avatar. However, I won't get my Avatar until next week :/

I know its a long shot, but could ANY of you measure yours for me, and send me the measurements? I would greatly appreciate it, and that way I could receive the cover and the cab at the same time?

I can send you the measuring chart via email.

The Avatar cabs are great and built by a stellar guy to boot. I have a B212 and 2 - SB112's and mix and match them as the gig calls for it. I have a GK700RBII and a GK400RBIII to drive them. I haven't found a better match for me yet.

Congrats, you will love the cab.

Anyone had a chance to a/b these against GK Neos, Mesa Powerhouse cabs, or some Bergs?
