Bad horn in cabinet needs replacing.

I have an Ashdown ABM 400 2x10 combo I got a while ago for cheap cheap from a friend and it's falling apart.

First the preamp tube rattled to I replaced that, then one of the speakers was making some wierd noises, so I replaced those with some Eminience Legend B810's and the amp sounds great. Except for the tweeter. It makes some terrible crackling noises at certain frequencies and it's driving me mad. so my question is how do I know what to replace this tweeter with?

The only writing on it says AudioPro 0803. Google shows nothing on that. Does anyone know what is in this thing and what would be a good replacement?
