I was hoping someone would help by talking me out of buying another bass, not by posting more temptation.

Go on scratch that itch....
The only cure for Gas is another purchase! Until the next time of course.
I am now gassing for a cab that has not even been released yet (and may never)
Now that's frustrating!

There is a cure for GAS.
It's having good gear.

I really don't have anything I want, right now.
Maybe namm reports will change that..........

Well, thanks to your original video clips I purchased both cabs (s/n 0005 and 0012) in 2011 Nov and have been doing my best to keep Talkbass visits to a minimum. Always seem to learn about the next best thing that I have to try. Like Chef said- good gear cures most gas.

You may not think it a good mix and match, but the Walter Woods Ultra sounds fantastic through one or two ML112's. Jazz, P, and DB.

Still prefer the Genz ShuttleMax 9.2 for rock, pop though.

Waiting for mid Feb, when the De-Monique arrives. Will post a quick review.

And a few more action shots

I'll post a pic, but this ML112 had the logo removed and grill changed, when I bought it......I sold the Aguilar TH500(speyer)......and also let my "family member" Elrick go(Tugboat). Whenever I get my "new" Mesa Walkabout(lomo) in and the ML112 screen changed back w/logo,.....along with my CallowHill....I'll take a new pic......would have taken the pic with the Valenti P5(Chef), but it's gone, too!

Are you gonna have to take a photo with your new camera (groberts) or post on a new Macbook (steve jobs)? LMAO.

I started out being interested in the ML 212 after coming here from a couple of threads about what pairs best with the Streamliner 900. After reading all this and looking at the pics, I see the logic of having 2 ML 112s and using them in modular fashion. The suggestions and illustrations have all been very helpful. It looks like the difference in price is about $300, from $1100 to $1400. I don't see a used market for these cabs so buying new seems to be the path if I'm going this way.

I have a gig March 3 where I'd use both of these in a stack. I wonder what the delivery time is on these. Anyone have any idea about that?

My numbers were a little north of your numbers. The used market will be tough for quite a while. If they go for sale, they will get snatched up pretty quickly, but I'm sure you will see them for sale in the coming months.

I dig modular. One of the cabs stays in my car all the time. The other is in my home studio, and I only need to bring that for larger shows.

Really nice playing and reinforces the nice tone I've heard from these cabs in Ken's videos.
