Barefaced Bass cabs

I've sent several emails to Barefaced, one through the website and one through my personal email, inquiring about cabs. I've gotten no response after several days. He's probably just busy. Does anyone with past experience communicating with Alex have a suggestion?

Thanks, GB

Before they got really popular, they were quicker on the emails. that past experience is now out of fate though. Not big enough to have people who's job is just to answer emails, so they are got to when they are got to, post the question here, and someone might know anyway.

Little over a year ago, I ordered a Compact from Alex and his email responses to me were very quick, often within hours. His business has taken off like a rocket since then (with good reason). It's only a 3-man shop and as Mr. Foxen states there is scant time to answer queries while building cabinets as fast as they can while ensuring they're done right.
This past December I inquired about ordering another cab and his first reply took about a day and a half. His next reply to me took over a week. He's not being rude, he's just very busy. Believe me when I tell you he wants your business and the wait is worth it.

I emailed Alex many months ago from my personal email. Got a nice reply within a couple of days. I know he's busy, and I have no problem with that. From what I hear I believe the wait is indeed worth it. I haven't bought anything yet, but I'm trying to get to that point soon.

He is very busy but the wait is well worth it.

Thanks everyone, for the reassuring info about both the communication aspect and the quality fo the products. I'm not in a hurry. Just old and looking forward to lighter and lighter equipment. :D

Thanks for the support everyone! Although there's three of us here full-time nowadays, I prefer to deal with all the new enquiries as I have the most expertise when it comes to advising other bassists - however, I also have to steer the whole Barefaced ship and with the demand being high I'm building cabs too. As emails come in I sort them into various categories and then try to answer them in the best order to keep everything running smoothly but that can take a while in between doing everything else.

Sometimes I can read through an enquiry and instantly say "right, such and such a cab is the one for you, no doubt about it", whilst sometimes I'm not sure and I end up going round in circles trying to digest the information and make the right decision. Sometimes I need to ask some more questions, sometimes I just need some time to ponder whilst I'm getting on with the manual work loading or unloading the CNC machine, etc. Ganttbos, your enquiry is one where I think I have all the information I need but I just need to make up my mind and/or decide what else I need to ask!

Cheers Alex! Glad to see you and your company are doing so well!
