Bass amp for £800

Upgrading my amp has been way overdue and now I finally have a little cash to throw at it but the only problem is... What do I get?! I play In a Thrash death metaly type band that tunes down to drop Bb and has two guitarists with amps that are waaaaaay louder than my little behringer.
I have been looking at the orange bass terror, GK 550 fusion and a TC electronic head.
Any advice would be really appreciated

Does this budget include cabs? What kind of tone are you looking for? Without tonal goals I can say only at least 200 watts and loads of speakers.

Just going to get a head at the moment then get the matching cabs after. Preferably a tone similar to the bass tone from the black crown album by suicide silence. Kind of warm but with enough bite to cut through okay. I don't want all out overdrive and distortion.
