| You beat me to it. You won't have much control over the tracks unless your computer/MP3 player has a good EQ on it. I wouldn't use a bass combo at all. I would go for a nice compact powered PA head and 1 (or 2) good speakers on a stick that can handle some bass. Or perhaps you could just get a small mixer and 1 (or 2) of the new Class D powered speakers. Speakers have come a long ways. Some small stuff can really pack a pretty good punch
