Hi all!
I'm going to build a cab (1x15 + horn) and thinking about use Eminence speaker. Do you know the model used by Ampeg?
What model can i use for lighter and powerful cab?
Sorry for my english.

Ampeg gets Eminence to custom make speakers for them. But the closest to what they use in many of their cabs is probably the Eminence Delta 15a.

I'm with the Canadian. If you're going to build it yourself anyway, then why not build it right? These fEARful cabs are absolutely amazing.

Light and powerful 1x15 is Kappalite 3015 and the box plans on the eminence site.

Yup. Kappalite 3015. No other will do, IMO. BTW. Your English is fine.

Depending on price, availability down there, give the Eminence Legend CB158 a look. Not the performance level of the Kappalite but good. Very friendly towards various size boxes, etc. and a generally strong sound a bit on the warmer side of things. You ever built a cab before?
