Bass Combo Help

Just trying to get some recommendations for bass combos. I'm about to start regular gigging (mostly smaller venues, though it is with a metal band so it needs to be loud) and I need something much bigger than my 30 watt Ashdown practice amp I use at the moment. I've been looking into the Fender Rumbles and the Hartke Hydrive combos recently, so something along these lines would be great I think. I'm looking at spending about $1000-$1500 Australian dollars. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
