Bass Head Reccomendations?

I have an Ampeg 410HLF cabinet and play a custom J-Bass. I'm looking to get something in the $300-500 used price range.
I've been looking at the Ampeg pro series and the Portaflex 500, but recently tried out a Hartke ha3500 that I liked.
What would you recommend I try out? Any opinions on any of the amps I mentioned?
