| If you mean those tiny battery powered marshall micro amps that can fit into a gigbag pocket, then no, nothing comes to mind if you want decent tone. None of those small 'toy' amps are designed to give audible clean bass tone at any kind of decent volume. Try one, but I have a feeling you just get a nasty trebly distortion.
However, there's a plethora of small, inexpensive practice amps that might work. Leaving one at school might be an option.
I feel for you though mate. I can remember being at school one year and my timetable had PE (gym) art, which meant bringing an A2 folio to school, plus clarinet and tenor saxaphone lessons all in one day. Plus the rest of my regular school gear, and I walked a good mile or so to school.
I ended up bring the art folio in the day before and leaving it at school for the next day.
