That looks like the combo version of the Bassman I used to have back in the 1990's. Great amp for guitar, not as much for bass except for practicing and recording at lower volume levels.

Yeah, I had one for a short time. Not so good for bass above recording/practice volume. Mostly the speakers/cabs fault. The amp will sound good run to better bass cabs but will never be real loud...nice tone though. As is it makes a better guitar amp. Still wouldn't give 5 bills for it though.

It's basically a bassman70 built into a really shallow comboamp with 4 - 10" poor (for bass) speakers that has a few by guess and by gosh "port holes" hole-sawed into the front of it.

is it as bad as my early 70's bassman 50 with 2 x 15 cab? cuz i don't really mind that. that thing is clean all the way up and will rock my house. i don't gig, just living room jams. at 4x10, that thing has got to be smaller than my current big dog.

It'll work fine for living room/back porch jams. Can even plug bass in one channel, guitar or even vocal mic with 1/4" plug in the other....double duty amp.

Had one in the late 70's, it was great for jamming in the basement with the high school friends.
