Beatup Ampeg 6x10

i have a chance to get this cab right here.

Ampeg 6x10 Bass Cab

the thing is its pretty beatup, so deal or no deal?
i know ill hafta make sure all the speakers and tweeter
are properly working, so what is the best way of going about that?

also if i wanted to re-grill it, how much is that going to set me back?

I'd leave it alone. It appears to have been rode HARD and put up WET.

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if there is a LOT more damage than appears.

I've seen 'em in like new condition for $400-450 on CL several times. It would probably cost AT LEAST tha much to refurb that bad boy.

Impule buying is not the way to buy equipment. It usually leads to paying too much for far too little.

$350 is about what I'd pay for one in REALLY good condition and with only a few small tears in the tolex. That one looks like it might not even work.
