Behringer bass cabs

Sign in to disble this ad
Alright, I know behringer has some QC issues, but a guy has a bb210 cab for $300 in my area. Only 2 years old. Wonder if anyone has used these and what they think of them (is it worth is, or should I pass and wait till i have money for something better...Like Peavey)

I certainly am not a fan of the "B" word, but you really should go and try the cab for yourself.

Can't say I have tried a Behringer, but I know a bunch of bassists who hate the brand; they over-watt their cabinets and there stuff is usually cheaply made. Look in the classifieds, there are much bigger and better cabs that go for under 200$. I think you should wait.

Do a search on here for them.
AS far as my personal experience with them, I've only ever used the 410 & apart from it weighing as much as many 8x10s, it sounded ok.
They're made from some kind of particle board & the drivers themselves ain't that great imo.
I'd think for that amount of cash, you could find a far better 2x10
A friend of mine has the Eden/Nemesis 2x10 a that was cheap as, has lasted very well sounds great & would actually have a resale value, whereas I don't think the Behringer cab would fetch much. I could be TOTALLY wrong tho!

IMHO $300 is too much for any Behringer cab, regardless.

Good luck ever reselling it.

Keep an eye on the GC used inventory. I bought a like-new SWR 210 for $149 last year.
