In all seriousness, because I know this thread will get ugly fast, Behringer isn't known for their quality control. That's not to say they don't make good products, but reliability is hit and miss.
Has it worked previously and stopped working? If it's new and still under warranty, send it back and get a new one. If you REALLY need to fix it yourself, pop it open and see if maybe a wire has come loose somewhere. |

If that doesn't do it, the next step is to take it to a tech for service. Nothing more you can do as a user.
I really like the BX4500H...it's a great sounding amp. I used one as my primary amp for two years and it performed well and never missed a beat. I think it's one of the best units that Behringer makes. Unfortunately, anything can be abused or fail.
Regardless of whether the amp in question is a Behringer, SWR or Ampeg, trading for a dead unit is ALWAYS a crapshoot. You're taking a chance when you do it.

I'd put an absolute TOP price I was willing to pay for a tech assessment of about $75. After that, you'd be better to find one on the used market.

All techs will give you examples of someone doing this and it being a real problem to fix after that experience.
OP take the thing to a tech and get it looked at. The guy's bill will be much less than your life is worth.

If you remove it from the casing, you can visually inspect if a wire has popped off somewhere. I don't see how vision requires technical expertise, or is even open to him screwing something up. |

While the amp is open you are exposed to mains voltages. The caps in a SS amp can store enough current to provide a bad burn.

It acted as if the fuses were blown but that was not he case. Turns out the entire switch was bad. I had it replaced by a tech here in Virginia Beach.
