Behringer Ultrabass BXL 1800 A Combo, give your opinion

I'm considering to buy the Behringer Ultrabass BXL 1800 A Combo

but my friend told me that the A stands for aluminum and that it gives a weird high pitched noise so should i buy this amp or should i buy another one? is there something you can recommend buying? Please give your opinion on the Behringer Ultrabass BXL 1800 A Combo, why i should or should not buy it!

I'm new to the bass world and music world in general so please give me some tips!
