Berg Ht 310 vs Epifani ul2-310

Looking to get a cab for my daughter. I really want a berg but she thinks its too heavy for her to haul.

The ul2-310 is probably perfect for her, but how does it compare to the berg?

47 lbs. is great, but they are expensive. Anybody have a used one??
