I have had my Bergie HT+EX stack for about 5 years now. Cabs have come and gone. These have stayed.
Awesome cabs.
The screws on the back of my cabs have become rusty. I emailed Jim about purchasing replacements. A week later, freebies showed up in the mail.
Awesome customer service. I would have happily paid for the screws and shipping, but Jim just does this sort of thing for his customers I guess.

Its definately wierd, but for all intensive purposes, I could care less.
